The eight-storey Biura przy Warzelni is the largest of the office buildings in Browary Warszawskie with 24,500 sqm of modern office space and 238 parking spaces in two underground levels. An application has been made for a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certificate for the building.
Browary Warszawskie is situated on a 4.5 ha plot between ul. Grzybowska, ul. Krochmalna, ul. Wronia and ul. Chłodna in Wola district, close to the city centre.
The built-up area of the project will come to around 100,000 sqm, with offices making up over 50 pct of this. Gatehouse Offices (Biura przy Bramie) was completed at the end of 2018 and now counts among its tenants L'Oreal, WeWork, Epam Systems Poland and Sony Interactive Entertainment.
