- Amstar has acquired Zlota 44, a luxury residential tower designed by renowned, Polish-born architect Daniel Libeskind in Warsaw, Poland.
Orco Property sprzedała Złotą 44 za 63 mln euro.
Skyline Residences S.a.r.l, spółka prawa luksemburskiego, wchodząca w skład portfela inwestycyjnego amerykańskiego funduszu nieruchomościowego AMSTAR razem z BBI Development odkupiły od Orco Property luksusowy projekt w centrum Warszawy Złota 44.
Ten najbardziej prestiżowy apartamentowiec w kraju miał być gotowy wiosną 2014 r. ale Orco nie było w stanie ukończyć budowy. Teraz za dalszą realizację projektu będzie odpowiedzialny BBI Development.
Inwestycję finansuje głównie Amstar, wykładając 63 mln euro na przedsięwzięcie (nabycie spółki oraz wierzytelności względem Orco Property). BBI Development pozostaje natomiast mniejszościowym udziałowcem, który do 31 marca 2015 r. zainwestuje w projekt 2 mln euro.
W dalszej kolejności spółki przewidują finansowanie projektu kredytem bankowym. Jeśli planowany budżet inwestycji zostanie przekroczony, BBI wyłoży 1,25 mln euro a Amstar – 3,75 mln euro.
